The extreme climatic differences in Chile are the main theme of the exhibition the country presents at EXPO in Milano, Italy, from May 1th 2015. Peculiar impressive: the very large projection surface sized with 24x12 meters, which shows 7560x2100 pixels native content - thanks to VIOSO.

Nearly one week the Chilean Team was with us at VIOSO in Duesseldorf to be prepared for this upcoming mammoth task. Finally the high-end technical realisation had to be cast-iron when the EXPO starts. VIOSO CEO Benjamin Fritsch has been in Milano helping to make everything ready. A few days after the beginning he takes stock with great pleasure: "We have various emergency plans at our fingertips, but until now everythings runs best."

Die extremen klimatischen Unterschiede in Chile stehen im Focus des Pavillons, mit dem sich das südamerikanische Land vom 1. Mai 2015 an auf der Weltausstellung EXPO in Mailand präsentiert. Besondern eindrucksvoll sind die Dimensionen der 24 mal 12 Meter messenden Projektionsfläche, die dank VIOSO Technik mit 7560 mal 2100 Pixel großem nativem Content bespielt werden kann.

Fast eine Woche lang hatte sich das Team der chilenischen Pavillons in den VIOSO Labors in Düsseldorf auf die Mammut-Aufgabe vorbereitet. Schließlich muss die technische Realisation pünktlich zum Start der Weltausstellung hieb- und stichfest sein. VIOSO Geschäftsführer Benjamin Fritsch, wenige Tage vor der Eröffnung selbst noch vor Ort, zieht nach den ersten Tagen zufrieden Bilanz: "Wir haben diverse Notfallpläne in der Schublade, doch bislang läuft alles einwandfrei."
